Creating and Managing Buyers in Your platform
Content
Overview
The Advertisers Module is your central hub for creating and managing advertisers (buyers) and their campaigns. Buyers can include brands, agencies, networks, DSPs, and more. This is where you’ll configure advertiser details, choose the right integration type, and manage campaigns from start to finish.
Integration Options
You can integrate advertisers in several ways:
-
Preset Templates – Ready-to-use configurations for most major programmatic advertisers.
-
Generic RTB Integration – Select “RTB integration” if your partner isn’t on the preset list.
-
Server Header Bidding – Connect via prebid.org standards.
-
Internal Integration – Use internal creatives such as Banner JS or VAST.

Understanding Tech Fees
What is a Tech Fee?
A tech fee is a percentage deducted from an advertiser’s bids. It applies when:
-
The advertiser sends gross bid prices.
-
A universal platform fee applies to all bids.
How to Set a Tech Fee
-
In the advertiser’s settings, find the Tech Fee field (default = 0%).
-
Enter the percentage to be deducted.
-
Save your changes — the fee applies automatically to all incoming bids from that advertiser.
How It Appears in Reporting
-
Spend – Net amount after tech fee deduction.
-
Gross Spend – Original bid amount before deduction.
Pro Tip: To apply a universal tech fee for all advertisers, set it once in Settings > Pricing, and it will apply by default to new advertisers.
