Overview
The Reports utility provides comprehensive management of both scheduled and manual reporting in your Gamoshi account. This powerful tool enables you to generate detailed performance reports across various time ranges and automatically distribute them to your business partners and stakeholders.
The Reports tab offers two primary reporting functionalities:
- Domain/Bundle/App ID Reports: Detailed inventory-level reporting
- Manual & Scheduled Reports: Comprehensive performance summaries with flexible scheduling options
Domain/Bundle/App ID Reports
Generate comprehensive inventory reports that provide complete visibility into your traffic sources at the campaign or advertiser level.
Key Features
- Complete Data Coverage: Unlike the BI tab, which displays only the top 1,000 domains/bundles/App IDs, these reports include all relevant inventory sources matching your selected filters
- Flexible Filtering: Choose specific advertisers, campaigns, and date ranges
- Automated Distribution: Email reports directly to stakeholders
How to Generate Domain/Bundle/App ID Reports
- Navigate to Reports
- Go to Analytics module → Reports tab
- Configure Report Parameters
- Source Type: Select either "Advertiser" or "Campaign"
- Source Selection: Choose your specific Advertiser or Campaign
- Report Level:
- "For all supply" (default): Aggregated view across all inventory
- "By supply": Breakdown by individual supply sources
- Dimension: Select either "Site" (for websites) or "App" (for mobile applications)
- Send Report
- Enter recipient email address
- Click "Send Report"
- The report will be delivered shortly to the specified recipient

Report Types
Manual Reports
- Execution: Immediate, one-time delivery
- Content: Summary of key metrics by Business Partner/Partner level
- Use Case: Ad-hoc analysis, specific date range reviews
Scheduled Reports
- Execution: Automated periodic delivery (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Content: Ongoing performance summaries with consistent metrics
- Use Case: Regular stakeholder updates, continuous monitoring
- Testing: Execute immediately for testing using the "Execute Report" action
Report Levels
- Business Partner Level: High-level performance overview
- Advertiser/Inventory Level: Detailed breakdowns by specific partners
How to Create Manual Reports
- Access Reports Interface
- Navigate to Analytics module → Reports tab
- Configure Manual Report
- Complete all required fields
- Select reporting level: Business Partner or Advertiser/Inventory
- Choose date range and filters
- Specify recipient email addresses
- Send Report
- Click the "Send Report" button
- The report will be generated and delivered immediately
How to Create Scheduled Reports
- Set Up Report Parameters
- Navigate to Analytics module → Reports tab
- Access the Scheduled Reports section
- Configure Report Details
- Name: Enter descriptive report name (will appear in file title with time interval)
- Partner Selection:
- Choose specific Advertisers or toggle "All advertisers"
- Choose specific Inventory partners or toggle "All Inventory partners"
- Schedule: Select sending frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Date Range: Define reporting period
- Granularity: Choose data aggregation level:
- Day: Daily breakdown of metrics
- Month: Monthly aggregated data
- None: Summary totals without time-based breakdown
- Customize Report Format
- Report Type: Choose between Default (standard metrics summary) or Custom
- File Format: Select Excel, JSON, or CSV
- Recipients: Add email addresses for report distribution
- Save and Activate
- Click "Save Report" to create the scheduled report
- View scheduled reports in the "Currently Scheduled Reports" grid
- Monitor the next execution date in the "Next Send Date" column
Managing Scheduled Reports
Testing Scheduled Reports
- Use the "Execute Report" row action to run any scheduled report immediately
- Perfect for testing the report configuration before scheduled execution
- Helpful for generating reports on demand outside the regular schedule
Editing and Maintenance
- Edit: Modify any scheduled report parameters at any time
- Remove: Delete scheduled reports that are no longer needed
- Monitor: Track execution dates and delivery status
Custom Reports
For specialized reporting requirements beyond the standard templates, custom reports can be configured for your account.
