The Reports utility handles the management of scheduled & manual reports in your account.
It enables you to create scheduled reports of various time and date ranges, as well as manually created reports and email those reports to your business partners.
Domains/Bundles/APP ID reports
Users can issue reports for Domains/Bundles/App IDs at a campaign/Advertiser level, per date range of their choice, and send them by email. The report will present all relevant domains/bundles/app IDs per the chosen filters. Note that in the BI tab, the bundles/domains/App IDs dimension will present only the top 1000.
- Go to Analytics module -> Reports tab.
- You can select Advertiser or Campaign as the source type, then choose a specific Advertiser or Campaign.
- After selecting your report level ( ‘For all supply’ (default) or ‘By supply’), choose either Site or App as a dimension, enter your recipient email, and press 'Send Report'.
Your report will be sent shortly to the recipient.
Manual & scheduled reports
The manual and scheduled reports will be sent by email to the chosen recipients in the selected format. There will be a separate report for the Advertisers level and a separate report for the Inventory level.
The manual report will be executed immediately as a one-time event and will present a summary of the main metrics by the Partner (Advertiser or Inventory) and the chosen time range.
The scheduled reports can be scheduled by time periods (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) and will be executed periodically by the chosen time range. The report will present a summary of the main metrics by Partner (Advertiser or Inventory) and the chosen time range.
You can test the scheduled report or run a scheduled report immediately by pressing the 'Execute Report' row action icon.
- Go to Analytics module -> Reports tab.
- In manual reports:
Fill in the required fields.
Once done, press the 'Send Report' button. - In scheduled reports:
Fill in the required fields.
The given name for the report (Name field), will appear in the report file title with the selected time interval.
You can choose either the Advertisers (or switch on the 'All advertisers') or the Inventory partners (or switch on the 'All Inventory partners'). - You can choose a custom report instead of the default report which includes a summary of the main metrics.
- You can choose the report's format between excel/Json/CSV.
- The scheduled reports appear on the 'Currently Scheduled Reports' grid, where users can see the scheduled report dates in the column 'Next Send Date'.
- Press the 'Save Report' button.
- Users can use the 'Execute Report' row action in order to run the scheduled report immediately/at will, for testing purposes, or for other reasons.
- You can edit or remove a scheduled report at any time.
