Overview
The Inventory Module is where you create and manage inventory sources (sellers) in your account. Inventory sources are the supply-side partners who provide ad placement opportunities - including publisher networks, direct publishers, SSPs, and other traffic sources.
Key Functions:
- Create and configure inventory sources
- Set up different integration types and pricing models
- Manage targeting lists and integration settings
- Monitor inventory performance and availability
Supported Integration Types
The platform supports multiple ways to connect with inventory sources:
1. RTB Integration
Real-Time Bidding integrations with supply-side platforms and ad exchanges.
2. Custom Integrations
Proprietary or specialized connections tailored for specific inventory partners.
3. Header Bidding (Prebid.org)
- Server-side: Header bidding managed on the server
- Client-side: Browser-based header bidding implementation
- Mobile: Mobile app header bidding integration
4. VAST Integration
Video Ad Serving Template integration using VAST tags for video inventory.
5. Script Integration
JavaScript-based integration for inventory sources that use script implementations.
Creating a New Inventory Source
Step 1: Access Inventory Creation
- Go to Inventory Module → Inventory List tab
- Click the '+' icon in the top-right corner of the table grid
- "New Inventory" form will open
Step 2: Complete the General Tab (Required First)
Important: The General tab must be completed and saved before other configuration options become available.
Required Fields:
- Fill in all mandatory fields (marked with a red line on the left side)
- Note: Required fields vary depending on the integration type you select
- Complete basic inventory information and integration type selection
Save to Continue: Click 'Save' after completing the General tab. Additional configuration tabs will now become available.
Step 3: Configure Additional Settings
After saving the General tab, you can set up these additional features:
Pricing (See detailed guide →)

- Configure payment terms and fee arrangements
- Establish minimum bid requirements and pricing floors
Lists (See detailed guide →)
- Associate targeting lists for inventory-specific controls
- Set up allowlists and blocklists for this inventory source
- Configure domain and content filtering rules
Integration (See detailed guide →)
- Complete technical integration setup
- Configure connection parameters and authentication
- Set up monitoring and reporting specifications
Mapping Rules (See detailed guide →)
Purpose: Control how data fields are aligned between your platform and external partner systems. What you can configure:
-
Map incoming partner fields to the correct internal fields
-
Adjust field values to meet platform requirements
-
Apply default values when partner data is missing
How it works: Mapping rules ensure that advertiser and campaign data flows smoothly between systems, avoiding mismatches and delivery errors.
Audience Groups Management
Important: Audience groups are managed separately in the Audience section of the platform, not within the Inventory Module.
How Audiences Relate to Inventory:
- Inventory sources can be associated with an audience group for targeting
- Inventory-specific audiences help refine traffic targeting
- Use the Audience section to create and manage audience definitions
For detailed audience management, see our Audience Management Guide →
