How to View Your GamoshiX Marketplace Remaining Balance

To help you manage your budget effectively while buying on the GamoshiX marketplace, the platform provides a real-time view of your remaining balance directly within your account interface. This feature allows you to track your available funds and ensures you are aware of your financial status before campaigns are impacted.

How to Check Your Balance

1. Locate the Balance Icon: Look at the top right menu of your screen, located immediately beside the Wiki/Help icon.
2. Click the Icon: You will see a cash icon . Click this to open the balance status pop-up.

Understanding the Balance Pop-up

The pop-up provides a clear snapshot of your financial standing regarding GamoshiX inventory:

• Current Status: The pop-up displays your specific Remaining Balance.
• Color Indicators:
  • Green: Indicates a positive balance. You have funds available for spending.
  • Red: Indicates a negative balance. You have exceeded your deposits.
• Last Update: The display includes a specific timestamp (e.g., "Updated on November 1, 2025, 12:00 UTC") so you know exactly how fresh the data is.

Paused Campaigns

If your spending exceeds your remaining balance (plus any credit limit applied to your account), the system will automatically pause your campaigns to prevent further overspending.

Next Steps

If you see a negative balance or the "Campaigns Paused" notification, please contact your account manager immediately to arrange a deposit or adjustment to reactivate your campaigns.
