The various ways for understanding the potential reach of your campaigns in the Gamoshi platform
There are a few ways you have the ability to get a better understanding of your campaigns' potential reach.
1. Understanding the volume and diversity of all inventory
Before focusing on a specific campaign it is important to understand the full potential of your inventory. There are a few queries you can make to understand what is the potential of your inventory.
Inventory Overview:
To effectively gauge the potential of your campaigns, it's essential to have a comprehensive understanding of your inventory. This involves analyzing both the volume and diversity of the inventory available to you. In the Inventory Module -> The table grid, you can assess the performance of each connected inventory source, whether it's from the GamoshiX marketplace or external connections. Look for the lightbulb icon next to each inventory ID; hovering over this icon will provide a short summary into the traffic being sent and the overall performance of that inventory. This understanding will lay the groundwork for maximizing your campaign strategies.
In the Analytics Module:
In the analytics module, you can view the general potential of your inventory.
a. The QPS screen - In this section, you can observe the total number of incoming requests per second (incoming QPS) across all inventories and for each specific inventory, measured over various time intervals ranging from the last five minutes to the last three days. This allows you to gauge the request volume for each inventory effectively:
b. The BI screen - you can see in total and per inventory, the incoming requests break down by the different dimensions or filters.
To assess the potential of your inventory, focus on the 'Incoming requests' metric, which indicates the volume of requests being sent by the inventory over your selected time frame. You can refine your analysis by choosing to view the data at hourly or daily intervals, allowing you to examine trends and fluctuations throughout the day or over several days.
To see the Incoming requests metric you need to choose Inventory dimensions and filters.
For example:
- You can choose the 'Time' Dimension and see the volume in total of incoming requests.
- You can choose the 'Inventory' dimension and see it per inventory.
- You can choose the 'Country' dimension and see the volume of requests per country.
- You can choose the 'Domain'/'App Bundle' dimension and see the volume per domain or app bundle.
And so on by any other relevant dimension.
By the volume of incoming requests, you can understand the maximum potential for your buying if your campaign reaches a 100% Clear rate and Fill rate.
2. Understanding the maximum reach potential for a specific campaign
To understand the reach potential for a specific campaign you need to filter in the Analytics module -> BI screen by the same filters you have applied for the specific Advertiser/Campaign.
For example:
a. If you have a campaign running on 'United States' as a country, 'Phone' as device, 'Site' as source, and 'Banner' as media type then these are the filters you need to add to your query in the Analytics-> BI screen. Some filters should be added as advanced filters.
When pressing 'Go' on this query with all the filters you will get the number of 'Incoming requests' per by the date range you will put. It will give you the maximum number of requests you can bid on for this specific campaign.
