The download wizard enables users to download the system's objects data while controlling which columns to download and their order in the downloaded file.
Step by step guide
The download wizard is available in the following entities: Inventory, Advertiser, campaigns & creatives.
The following example refers to the Advertisers module, the same actions can be done from all the objects detailed above.
Navigation:
Go to Advertisers module -> Lists tab.

Press the download button in the top left corner of the grid. (bulk actions line).
- In the newly opened pop-up window:
- At the top, you will have the total sum of available columns and the sum of the default selected columns. The sum of selected columns will be updated following the users' selection.
- Select/deselect any columns from the list or choose the 'Select all' checkbox at the top right of the list.
- Drag the lines to change the order of the columns, as you wish it to appear in the downloaded file.
- Pressing the 'Show selected at the top' icon will show all the selected columns first at the top of the list.
- You can press the 'Reset Changes' icon to return to the default selection and order of the columns.
- Once ready, press the 'Downloaded CSV' icon and the selected columns will be downloaded to a file (CSV format).
