Campaign Labeling System

The Campaign Labeling System is designed to enhance campaign organization, navigability, and reporting within the Gamoshi DSP platform. It allows users to group campaigns across various strategies, verticals, or seasonal events using a flexible tagging system rather than relying solely on campaign naming conventions.

1. Core Objectives

  • Organization: Tag campaigns with multiple attributes for improved categorization.

  • Navigability: Facilitate rapid campaign filtering through custom labels.

  • Analysis: Enable granular reporting by utilizing Labels as dimensions and filters in BI tools.

  • Management: Centralize the control of labels to maintain a clean taxonomy.

2. Key Features

2.1 Campaign Level Integration

Users can manage labels directly within the Campaign creation and edit flow (General Tab):

The labels bar appears just below the campaign name. Press the 'Manage Labels' icon in order to select or create labels.

Selection: Supports multi-selection; labels appear as removable "Capsules" (chips).

Case Sensitivity: Validation is case-insensitive (e.g., "Black Friday" and "black friday" are recognized as the same label).

2.2 Centralized Label Management

A dedicated management screen is located at Advertiser Level > Labels. This hub allows Account Managers and Admins to:

  • Monitor Taxonomy: View a table of all labels, including their unique IDs and the number of associated campaigns.

  • Edit & Delete: Rename labels (propagates to all campaigns) or delete them (removes associations without deleting the campaigns themselves).

  • Bulk Association: Use a "Link/Associate" modal to attach multiple campaigns to a specific label at once.

  • Deep Linking: Click the "Associated Campaigns" count to view the filtered list in the main Campaign Grid.

2.3 Analytics & Reporting

Labels are integrated into the BI Analytics dashboard:

  • Filter: Users can filter analytics data by 'Campaign Label'.

  • Dimension: 'Campaign Label' is available as a breakdown dimension, allowing performance comparisons across different strategy groups.
