This article will be a step-by-step guide on how to create a Creative.
Step-by-step guide
Go to the Advertisers module -> Creatives tab -> press the '+' button in the top right corner of the grid. You can also create a new Creative from the Advertisers module ->new/edit Advertiser form-> Creatives tab.
Once the new Creative form is opened, start by filling in the mandatory fields.
Be advised: the media type field cannot be updated in edit mode.
Associating the creative with a campaign
In order for a creative to be running it should be associated at least with one running Campaign of the advertiser.
- On creation of the creative, you can select the relevant campaigns in the 'Campaigns' select box.
- You can after creation associate the creative with a campaign or campaigns by using the 'Associate' icon in the 'Actions' column of the Creative record
- You can after creation add the creative to the 'Creatives' tab of a specific campaign of the relevant advertiser.
Creative Design Section
After selecting the media type, Banner/Video or Audio, fill in the Creative design fields:- For Banner:
You can choose between an HTML code/uploading an image to Gamoshi's CDN in the 'Creative Template' field.
In order to test different sizes, switch on the 'Preview Creative' switch and use the 'AD Size' select box to preview your image.
We support the following formats: gif, png, and jpeg. - For Video: You can choose between Vast tag/Video/Inline (XML), in the 'Creative Template' field.
- Video: For uploading the Video to Gamoshi's CDN. In order to test different sizes, switch on the 'Preview Creative' switch and use the 'Width' & 'Height' fields to preview your video.
- Vast tag: Copy your vast URL into the free text box.
- Inline: You can either paste your vast xml code into the free text box or paste your vast URL and press the 'Generate Template' button - and Gamoshi will wrap it with a default inline code.
- For Audio: You can choose between Vast tag/AUDIO in the 'Creative Template' field.
- Vast tag: Copy your vast URL into the free text box.
- Audio file: Upload an audio file to Gamoshi's CDN in the 'Creative Template' field.
Third-party tracking
- Click-through URL
If you need to implement a click-through pixel, just insert the pixel link into the 'Click-through URL' field. Make sure to replace the macros with Gamoshi Macros syntax. See here Macros Help. Be noted that this link should act as a notification to the third-party vendor and also properly redirect to your ad landing page. - PostBack
If you implemented the click-through pixel by filling the Click-through URL field, the PostBack switch will become available.

- If you need to implement impressions trackers you can activate the switch 'Set impression tracking URLs'. When activated you can insert your Impressions third-party tracking pixels. You can insert a few trackers. make sure to replace all macros with Gamoshi's Macros syntax. See here Macros Help.

Daily frequency capping
- Users can apply daily frequency capping in the User & Device level:
You can define capping for impressions/video impressions/clicks.- The user's frequency capping will work only if the inventory partner implements cookie sync.
- Device frequency capping will work only if the inventory partner sends the ‘Device id’ as part of the request.
- The default value for all fields in the 'Daily frequency capping' section is ‘0'.
An empty field/’0' value equals no limits.
Creative Scoring
The Scoring field is used for prioritizing creatives' bids in Gamoshi’s auction.
The scoring range from 0-10. Each creative gets a default score of five (5), the higher the score is the higher the priority will be.
The creative score is secondary to the Advertiser partner score in the auction.
The prioritizing process will be as follows:
- If all creatives in the auction have the same score then the auction will be prioritized by price.

If there are creatives in the auction that will have different scores then the auction will be prioritized by their score, the higher the score the higher the priority will be.
Manage Your Resources
- You can upload images/videos/audios, for the creative template 'IMAGE/VIDEO/AUDIO' using our 'Manage Your Resources' interface:
- From the 'Creative design' section: Press the 'Select images'/'Select movies'/'Select audio' button.
- In the opened pop-up, you can view your existing images/movies/audios.
Press the Select button next to the image/movie/audio you wish to associate with the creative. - If you wish to upload a new image/movie/audio: press the upload resource button:
Select a file from your system - The file will be loaded and appear at the top of the existing resources list - you can select it now to be associated with your creative. - Gamoshi supports the option of generating streams (Dash & HLS formats) once a video is uploaded, usually used in CTV activity. Please refer to your account manager to activate this option if needed and for further details.
- For uploading an image for iURL, the same interface will be used:
Open the 'Enrich RTB response' section:- The same image will be used as default in the image iURL field (Size 150x150 px).
- If you wish to change the default image here:
Select 'Upload image' in the 'Add an IURI' field to upload an image.
Follow steps 1 (a) - 1 (c) above.
A Creative will be executed if it is in status 'Active' & state 'Running', and it is connected to at least one active and running Campaign.
