Overview

Global blocklists automatically apply to your entire account - all advertisers, inventory, campaigns, and creatives. They are always in exclude mode (block) and cannot be changed to allowlists.

Creating a Global Blocklist

1. Go to Targeting Module → Global Blocklists tab
2. Click '+' icon in top-right corner
3. Enter the list name and select the list type
4. Add at least one data record
5. Click Create

No association needed - global blocklists automatically apply to the entire account.

Managing Data Records

Manual Updates:

Edit the list to add/remove individual data records

File Upload:

• Upload CSV or TXT file (max 10MB)
• One value per line
• Invalid values and duplicates automatically omitted

Data Validation:

Values must match the list type (e.g., valid domains for Domain lists). See Targeting/Lists. documentation for complete validation rules.

Managing Global Blocklists

Pause: Temporarily disable the blocklist without deleting it

Activate: Re-enable a paused blocklist

Remove: Permanently delete the global blocklist
