      Global Block Lists

      Users can create global blocklists at the account level.

      Global blocklists are handled in the Global Blocklists screen only. These lists are in exclude mode only and apply to all entities (Advertisers/Inventory) in the account.

      1. Go to the Global blocklists screen by pressing the link at the left side menu.
      2. Press the '+' icon on the top right corner of the table grid. A 'Create a blocklist' form will be presented.
      3. Fill in the list name, select the type, and insert at least one data record. Press 'Create'.
      4. You can update the data records manually or upload a file of data.
      5. You can pause/activate or remove a global blocklist at any time.
