Users can manage the filtering & location targeting of a specific Advertiser by creating relevant rules.
Overview
The Filtering & Targeting tab allows you to create targeting rules that will apply to all campaigns under this advertiser. Think of these as your advertiser-level "master rules" that help ensure consistent targeting across all their campaigns.
Important: Filters and targeting set at the Advertiser level will always override any filters set at the Campaign or Creative level.
