BI (Business Intelligence) tab (Pro account)

The BI tab in the analytics module is a full OLAP (Online analytical processing) system where users can view and analyze their account data from different points of view.

The BI tab with its filters & dimensions allows users to build as many cross-sections as required, for better-analyzing data, insights, and better performance. The data is presented in real-time (there could be a delay of five minutes).

Presented data in the results set, is not final and may be subject to changes pending data validation.
All Analytics reports are displayed in Etc/UTC time.
All analytics reports present net prices in USD.

  1. Go to Analytics module -> BI tab. The default view will be 'Today' (as the date range), 'Time' (dimension), and time granularity 'None'.
You can choose your filters, and dimensions and press 'Go'.
  2. The data is shown for all media types by default. Users can use the ‘Ad Type’ filter, to fine-tune the data per ad type and enhance the available metrics for each filtered type.
  3. The time granularity can be added (monthly/daily/hourly), as well as controlling the number of records in the results set, ranging between 500 (=default) to Max.
  4. For each query, the user can see the calculated sums, per his chosen date range & filters.
  5. You can view data in a single domain/app_bundle scope only:
    1. Press the 'Add Filter' in the quick menu to filter by the entity, then press the GO button.
    2. Press the 'Show graph': The graph shown, displays the results for the current day, yesterday, and the same weekday in the previous week.
The graph results are updated till the last hour.
  6. Users can either download or mail the results set.
The results set grid's columns can also be customized per the user's preferences.
  7. Use the quick menu for all entities, to filter by the entity, copy the entity name or ID, and present a performance comparison graph for the entity (comparing Today, Yesterday, and last week). You can also use the 'Collect Values to Clipboard' to collect ID's/Names values to be copied as a group of values.
