# How to Create an Analytics User

*Availability: All accounts*

## Overview

Use the **Users Module** to create and manage user accounts.

The platform supports two user types: Regular Users and Analytics Users. Regular Users manage the account. Analytics Users are external users with read-only access to Analytics data for one Business Partner.

A Business Partner can include Advertiser and Inventory entities. Its associated entities determine the Analytics data available to its Analytics Users.

Analytics Users see separate Advertiser and Inventory views when their Business Partner includes both entity types.

The Advertiser view shows limited analytics and Gross Spend. The Inventory view shows limited analytics and Revenue.

## Analytics Users Screen

Manage Analytics Users from the ***Analytics Users*** tab in the ***Users*** Module.

Each Analytics User must be associated with a Business Partner. This association determines which data the user can access.

Analytics Users:

* Have access to the **Analytics Module only**.
* Can view and export Analytics data.
* Can access only the data associated with their Business Partner.
* Cannot modify campaigns, budgets, targeting, or other platform configurations.
* Cannot access data associated with other Business Partners.
