## Understanding the Balance Information

### Remaining Balance

The **Remaining Balance** shows the amount currently available for spending on GamoshiX Marketplace Inventory.

### Balance Color

| **Color** | **Meaning**                                                                                               |
| --------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Green | The account has a positive Remaining Balance available for spending. |
| Red | The account has a negative Remaining Balance, indicating that spending has exceeded the amount deposited. |

### Last Update

The **Updated on** timestamp shows when the balance information was last calculated.

The timestamp is displayed in UTC.

### Extended Credit

If extended credit has been approved for the account, the balance window also displays:

* The approved extended credit.
* The remaining extended credit.

Extended credit allows the account to spend above its deposited balance by up to the approved amount.

***

## Campaign Pausing

If account spending exceeds the sum of the Remaining Balance and any approved extended credit, the system automatically pauses the Campaigns to prevent further spending.

## Troubleshooting

<details>

<summary>The Remaining Balance Is Negative</summary>

A negative balance means that account spending has exceeded the deposited amount.

If extended credit is available, review the remaining extended credit displayed in the balance window.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Campaigns Were Paused</summary>

Campaigns are paused when spending exceeds the available balance and any approved extended credit.

Contact your Account Manager to arrange an additional deposit or account adjustment.

</details>

<details>

<summary>The Balance Does Not Include a Recent Deposit or Change</summary>

Review the **Updated on** timestamp to confirm when the balance was last calculated. If the expected change is still not displayed, contact your Account Manager.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Extended Credit Is Not Displayed</summary>

Extended credit information appears only when extended credit has been approved for the account.
