# Internal Audiences

*Availability: PE Enterprise accounts and DSP Pro accounts or higher. Virtual Audiences are available to all accounts.*

## Overview

The **Audience** module provides tools to establish and manage internal Audience groups and their Inventory components. These Audience groups act as folders that partition incoming traffic for your account and enable management of business partners and inventories. This module handles administrative control of internal audiences, which applies when overseeing external inventories rather than the GamoshiX Marketplace.

**The platform supports three types of internal Audiences:**

| **Audience type**  | **Description**                                                               | **Availability**                             |
| ------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| Virtual Audience | A predefined, dynamic group built in real time by filtering incoming traffic. | All accounts |
| Automatic Audience | The default Audience created automatically for a new S2S Advertiser. | PE Enterprise accounts |
| Regular Audience | A reusable Audience group created and managed manually by the user. | PE Enterprise and DSP Pro accounts or higher |

## Audience Types

### Virtual Audiences

*Available for all types of accounts*

Virtual Audiences are predefined, dynamic filters applied to incoming traffic. Their members are determined in real time based on the traffic that matches each Audience’s criteria.

The following Virtual Audiences are available:

1. All Traffic.
2. All Site Video Traffic.
3. All Site Banner Traffic.
4. All In-App Video Traffic.

Virtual Audiences can be:

* Associated with an Advertiser through a Campaign, in the same way as a Regular Inventory or Audience.
* Added as members of Automatic or Regular Audiences.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Important:** Virtual Audiences are system-defined. Users cannot create, remove, or archive them.
{% endhint %}

### Automatic Audiences

*Available for PE Enterprise accounts*

An Automatic Audience is created whenever a new S2S Advertiser is created using an RTB or Server Header Bidding integration.

The Automatic Audience:

* Serves as the Advertiser’s default Audience.
* Belongs exclusively to that Advertiser.
* Cannot be associated with Campaigns belonging to other Advertisers.
* Is connected to the Advertiser through the Automatic Campaign created with the Advertiser.
* Is initially created without members.

## Audience Members and Hierarchy

Virtual, Automatic, and Regular Audiences can be added as members of another Regular/ Automatic Audience.

The platform supports a maximum of two levels in the Audience hierarchy. An Audience that already contains another Audience cannot be nested within an additional Audience.
