# Advertisers

***Availability:** DSP accounts and PE accounts.*

## Overview

The Advertisers Module is your central hub for managing buyers and their advertising campaigns. Think of it as a client management system: you create new advertisers, configure their targeting preferences, and oversee all their campaign activity from one place.

For more information about the relationship between Business Partners, Advertisers, Campaigns, and Creatives, refer to the [Entity Structure and Campaign Strategy Guide](/gamoshi-wiki/general-information/gamoshi-dsp-entity-structure-and-campaign-strategy-guide.md).

**Purpose:** Control how data fields are aligned between your platform and external partner systems.

**What you can configure:**

* Map incoming partner fields to the correct internal fields.
* Adjust field values to meet platform requirements.
* Apply default values when partner data is missing.

**How it works:** Mapping rules ensure that advertiser and campaign data flows smoothly between systems, avoiding mismatches and delivery errors.

## Understanding the Tech Fee

**What it is:** A tech fee is a percentage deducted from an advertiser's bids. It's typically used when:

* The advertiser sends gross bid prices to you, or
* You wish to apply a universal fee across all bids.

### How to configure it

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### Enter the Tech Fee

Enter the percentage in the **Tech Fee** field (default is 0%).
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Apply the fee

The fee is automatically deducted from all of the advertiser's bids.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

#### Use cases

* Your agency deducts a fee from an advertiser's or buyer's gross spend. Set a default **Tech Fee** percentage in your account's **General** settings. It applies to each new advertiser.
* An advertiser or buyer deducts a percentage from gross spend. Set their **Tech Fee** percentage in that advertiser's **General** settings.
* A PE account receives gross bids from an SSP through an S2S buyer. Enter the SSP's margin as the advertiser's **Tech Fee**. Reporting then reflects the difference between gross and net bids.

#### How it appears in reporting

* **Spend** – the net amount after tech fee deduction.
* **Gross Spend** – the original amount before deduction.

{% hint style="info" %}
You can set a default tech fee for the entire account under **Settings > Pricing**, saving time when creating new advertisers.
{% endhint %}
