## BI screen

The **BI** (Business Intelligence) screen includes five tabs:

1. **BI**
2. **Geo Analytics**
3. **Events Geo Heatmap**
4. **Financial**
5. **Segments**

### BI (Business Intelligence) Tab

***Availability: All account types. Metrics and dimensions vary by account type.***

Use the **BI** tab for multidimensional analysis and custom reporting.

Data can take up to five minutes to refresh.

Combine filters and dimensions to create tailored account-activity views.

For queries of up to 30 days, the **BI** tab uses the account or query time zone.

Queries longer than 30 days use UTC. Use the **Financial** tab for longer periods in another time zone. It includes all financial events.

## Reports screen

***Availability: All account types***

Use the **Reports** screen to create, manage, and schedule two report types:

* Entity reports include complete data for high-volume entities, such as Domains and App bundles. This data might not fully appear in the **BI** screen.
* Performance summary reports cover Business Partner, Advertiser, Campaign, and Inventory dimensions. Run them manually or schedule email delivery.

### Domain and Bundle reports

**BI** results show up to 1,000 domains. Domain, Bundle, and App ID reports include every matching traffic source.

### Manual and scheduled reports

You can generate reports manually or schedule recurring delivery.

Schedules include:

* Daily
* Weekly
* Monthly

Use the **Sampling** screen to request raw, unaggregated bid-stream data.

Samples contain JSON records of valid or filtered requests and responses. Use them for Partner audits.

#### Sampling requirements and limits

* The selected Advertiser must have active Campaigns
* The selected Inventory Partner must have active traffic
* Up to five Sampling requests can run at once
* Files expire and are permanently removed after 30 days

## API screen

***Availability: All account types***

The **API** screen provides the details needed to extract Analytics data through an HTTP `GET` endpoint.

An Admin maps an Analytics profile to a designated Business Partner. This mapping defines the external Partner’s data-access scope before generating a secure token. See [how to generate an API token.](/gamoshi-wiki/how-to-guides/how-to-generate-an-api-token.md)
